Live GPS Tracking Console
Radius applies to places only — geofences use their drawn shape. A large radius on a busy urban place slows the report.
Choose a report type, vehicle and date range, then press Generate.
Add vehicles and tag your loading points in ⚙ Setup.
A sequence is an ordered run of tagged places. Assign it to vehicles and the board gains next stop, late and skipped — facts, not inference. A vehicle picks its sequence up automatically by driving it.
A run appears here each time a vehicle goes Empty — with its pickups, drops and the reason.
Draw one here, or create it in your GPS server — those sync in automatically. Both are drawn on the live map.
Add depots, customers and other points of interest. They show on the live map and in trip pickup/dropoff search.
Create a corridor along a route from a KML/KMZ file. Assign vehicles to get alerted when they stray beyond the corridor.
Build custom alerts from blocks — parking, overspeed, inside/outside places — combined with days, time windows and a vehicle set.

Acknowledging tells everyone this alert is handled — it leaves the Live list and the reminder tone stops on all screens. The PIN confirms who did it.
No ack people yet — add them first.
People allowed to acknowledge alerts — same idea as driver PINs. PINs are visible here so you can help someone who forgot theirs.
People who receive alerts — drivers, operators, customers. Saving a name here makes the alert address them by name; an unlisted number or address still works, it just shows the number. A contact needs a phone or an email, not both. Separate from Ack people, who acknowledge alerts.
Upload a KML/KMZ file, build the route from a vehicle's recorded history, or pick two points and let the road network fill in the path.
Pick a starting point — it opens in the builder for you to adjust (vehicles, times, numbers) before saving.
Rule editing is PIN-protected on this account. Enter the setup PIN to continue.
Set a shared pickup, then add delivery stops. Search each, or use the map button.
Drag to reorder · ✕ hides a card without losing it. Changes apply to the current sheet and save to your account automatically.
Tick the categories that count as authorised — a category covers its POIs and its geofences. Leave everything empty to accept any saved POI or geofence.
Optionally add individual places. Geofences are matched by name, so one renamed in the GPS server stops counting — prefer categories where you can.
