  • Alerts. When you build an alert rule, its WhatsApp, email and Telegram recipients are picked from this list, and each alert greets the person by name. Being listed does not send anyone an alert — a rule has to choose them.
  • Reaching them. Fill in any of a phone, an email or a Telegram chat ID. Each channel in a rule only offers the people it can reach on it.
  • Can acknowledge alerts. Tick it and give the person a PIN: they pick their name and type the PIN to acknowledge an alert — and to sign Driver scoring decisions. Someone who only acknowledges needs no phone or address.
  • Disable stops a person being offered and answered without losing them; past alerts keep their name.
